Return Policy
FIYAH APPAREL DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASONS! Please be sure to double check your address before purchasing. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. This also applies to packages that are returned. We can reship your package to you but a reship fee will be added. Once product has been sent out for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Every order is carefully reviewed prior to packaging. We offer exchanges if a problem occurs on OUR behalf such as incorrect item(s) or if you need a different size. We are NOT responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. We do NOT accept returns on worn/damaged items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS! Reship fees are determined by your location and the weight of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange/ store credit.
Non-returnable items include:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchases back without consulting customer service at shop@fiyahapparel.com.
Exchanges/ Store Credit Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/ store credit. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed or you will be provided with a store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange/ store credit, unfortunately sale items are not included.
IF YOUR ITEMS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE CARRIER CONTACT USPS AND FILE A CLAIM!!!!

You will need the information above to file a claim.
The shipping carrier we use is USPS. To receive updates on where buyer order is, or when it will arrive, buyer must contact USPS and provide the carrier with all necessary details. Once product ships, all questions on shipping information should be directed to USPS customer service.
International shipping takes about 7-30 business days to arrive.
International orders are responsible for paying their own customs fee. If customer decides not to pay their Country’s customs fee no refund will be provided.
